**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications.
- Operate dialysis equipment, ensuring proper setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, treatment plans, and home care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
**Skills:**
- Current RN license in Massachusetts.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment.
- Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in chronic dialysis preferred.
