**Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing chronic dialysis treatment.
- Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer dialysis treatments, monitor patient responses, and adjust care as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, care management, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
**Requirements:**
- Active RN license in the state of Nebraska.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in chronic dialysis nursing.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to different clinical environments.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with various dialysis machines and equipment.
- Knowledge of renal nutrition and patient dietary counseling.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
