**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare dialysis equipment and supplies.
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment.
- Record patient information and vital signs.
- Provide patient education and support.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
- Assist with patient mobility and comfort.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of dialysis machines.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Certified Dialysis Technician (CCHT or equivalent).
- Previous experience in dialysis care.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for electronic medical records management.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
