**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer and monitor dialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease.
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about the dialysis process and ongoing care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing.
- Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and protocols.
- Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
