SQL Data Analyst – (Junior)
We are currently engaged with a client who is seeking a junior level SQL Data Analyst to join their growing development team.
(This is a 100% remote opportunity for individuals residing in the U.S.)
In this role, the Junior Data Analyst will:
- Assist the software development team in analyzing, managing, cleansing, moving and mapping SQL based customer data and reporting data sources utilizing SSIS ETL tools.
- Work with the team to build data roadmaps, assign data labels and categories, manage data mapping and build data roadmaps.
- Utilize SSIS ETL tools to move data to Azure data environments that might include Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lakes.
- Assist Data Architect in transforming data to Azure Data Lake.
- Assist the team in various software installation and troubleshooting of network issues.
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
- Data analysis, manipulation, cleansing, movement and reporting of data in SQL database environments.
- Utilization of SSIS and or other ETL tools for data movement.
- SSRS or other reporting tools highly desirable.
- Exposure to ASP.NET applications a big plus.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory or Azure Data Lakes highly desirable.
