**Job Title:** Chronic Dialysis RN Traveler**Location:** Northampton, MA
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chronic Dialysis RN Traveler to join our healthcare team in Northampton, MA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis treatments.
**Responsibilities:**
– Administer dialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease.
– Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
– Operate and maintain dialysis machines and equipment.
– Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
– Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and care.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
– Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
**Requirements:**
– Current and valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in chronic dialysis nursing.
– BLS and ACLS certification.
– Ability to travel and adapt to different healthcare settings.
– Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
– Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Dialysis Nursing (CDN).
