**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chronic Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Bend, OR. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing chronic dialysis treatments.
– Monitor patients’ responses to dialysis and make necessary adjustments.
– Administer medications and IV solutions as prescribed.
– Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home care.
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
**Qualifications:**
– Active RN license in the state of Oregon.
– Minimum of 2 years of chronic dialysis experience.
– Proficiency in dialysis equipment and procedures.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
