If so, we\u2019d like to introduce you to this exciting opportunity. <\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">(This is a remote career opportunity that requires New England Regional travel. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">The individual must reside in Massachusetts, Rhode Island or Connecticut).<\/span><\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">We have been engaged in a search for a Member Service Manager who will work with member organizations to convey value propositions related to the purchasing of business-related goods and services. <\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">In this role, the Member Service Manager will:\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Manage and grow service utilization for existing member organizations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Engage in 1:1 contact with members and suppliers with high touch communication to manage\/resolve inquiries. Take ownership of critical accounts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Administer member service programs and policies to ensure members and suppliers receive the services or benefits to which they are entitled.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Support the organization in meeting member enrollment and retention goals, including tracking and reporting on member concerns and inquiries<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Develop and execute annual sales plans for member and prospect organizations. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Based on data and emerging trends, recommend offerings that increase member and supplier satisfaction, utilization, spend and retention that drive the organization\u2019s success and profitability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Utilize software and other internal resources required of the member services team to address and refer to the appropriate service provider(s)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Conduct surveys of members and suppliers and report on member satisfaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Maintain current and accurate membership databases, tags and records in designated software on a timely basis <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing or Management required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Direct contact, member driven service organization\/business model that involves connecting members to service and purchased goods.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Exceptional oral and written communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Outstanding front line customer service that puts the member\u2019s needs first.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliverables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret data.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Database experience, including search, report writing and data compilation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Build and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and externally. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Work without close supervision and execute strategic plans to meet member\/supplier needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word required).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">This is a remote position that requires regional travel to member meetings.
