will:\u00a0<\/span>\n<br>\n<ul>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Answer a high volume of calls from both customers and colleagues, providing timely and accurate assistance with a variety of inquiries and technical issues including related to broadband issues, Wifi, cable modems, DSL, and Fiber.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Using your problem-solving and critical thinking skills as well as technical expertise, you&#8217;ll tackle complex diagnostic troubleshooting to resolve issues.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Achieving first-call resolution while delivering exceptional service with a sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability is the goal.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Utilizing a suite of software applications, you&#8217;ll efficiently manage customer account information and diagnose technical difficulties with ease<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Using exceptional communication skills, you&#8217;ll interact with customers and colleagues alike, setting clear expectations and ensuring a positive experience.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">You&#8217;ll also have the opportunity to assist other departments, provide training to new employees, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:\n<br><\/span>\n<ul>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px\">Technical support while providing excellent customer service.<\/span><\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px\">A strong background in diagnosing and troubleshooting PC hardware, software, operating system, and cable modem issues will be valuable in this role.<\/span><\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px\">Knowledge of basic telecommunications terminology and infrastructure.<\/span><\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px\">Proficiency in both Windows and Macintosh operating systems is desirable, along with a good understanding of internet\/IP, web browsers, e-mail, and other PC applications.<\/span><\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px\">Ability to troubleshoot thoroughly complex business customer issues.<\/span><\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px\">Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Telecom industry and Call Center background
