To be considered, the individual must reside in Massachusetts or Rhode Island and within commuting distance.\u00a0 We are unable to sponsor visa candidates at this time). <\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">We have been engaged in a search for <strong>Business Intelligence Analyst<\/strong> who has a deep understanding of business processes and value drivers, and can act as the intermediary between the Business and Data, while developing data related visualizations and reporting. <\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">In this role, the Business Intelligence Analyst will:\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Work with Digital, Data and Business stakeholders to elicit high-level requirements and capture business and end user needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Create impactful dashboards, reports and tools using various data sources to support business functions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Extract and manipulate data using SQL, with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Design data warehouse table structures to support business needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Develop technical solutions to improve access to data and related reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Aggregate and analyze various data sets to provide actionable insights.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Promote, train, and support Business Intelligence tools and environment within the user community.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Update documentation, reports, and maintain training materials associated with the Data Warehouse as well as Business Intelligence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Understand the customer journey, processes, data use, analysis, and quality &#8211; and define user requirements. Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Support business case creation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Provide ad hoc analytical support to managers and department as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Create system to system data integrations to help synchronize data between systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Define KPIs and value proposition of the portfolio management platform.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Maintain the quality of portfolio analytics &amp; insights and align with relevant Global balanced scorecards across Digital and business areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Demo and represent the platform, including to senior leaders who are consumers of platform outputs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:<\/span><br \/>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Analyzing and interpreting data as a business analyst, business intelligence professional, or similar capacity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Highly proficient with Power Platform (Power BI, Apps, Automate and Dataverse), development and administration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Ability to implement row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models within Power BI. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of cloud data architecture and development. Having experience with one of the cloud services\u2026. Azure, AWS or GCP.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in data visualization using applications such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView\/QlikSense.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Strong quantitative and analytical skills with fluency switching between drilling down into detailed metrics, synthesizing across disparate data sources and designing \/ presenting high-level, impactful dashboards which enable executive decision making.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Basic Active Directory concepts, security permissions and network troubleshooting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business problems and opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities, functional disciplines, and levels of seniority, including the Digital Senior Leadership Team; excellent communicator in written and verbal form.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Strong influencing skills along with the following key qualities: Committed team player, willing to take accountability for results; strong communication and team management skills; a good track.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Certified product owner, Scrum master or PMP a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br \/><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Are you Ready to move your Career in a New Direction?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">If so, we\u2019d like to meet you.
