We have been engaged in a national search for an Applications Security Sales Engineer who will work with a team of account executives to educate prospects and customers on SaaS based applications security products.
In this role, the Applications Security Sales Engineer will:
- Deliver applications security product demos and presentations to Director and C-level executives (CIO, CISO, Chief Security Architect, VP of Application Development) at enterprise prospects and customers.
- Work with account executives throughout the technical sales process to develop demos, proof of value exercises, RFP responses and other related support.
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
- SaaS based Applications Security (APSEC), Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) or similar products.
- Deep technical understanding and thought leadership in the areas of application development, application security, DevOps, and DevSecOps.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, helping them achieve maximum business value from modern cybersecurity solutions.
- Dynamic and engaging in your ability to present technology to wide technical audiences.
- A collaborative team player who works seamlessly with account executives to engage prospects and customers.
- Highly self-motivated, driven, eager to teach, and continually eager to learn.
