\n**Job Description:**\n
\nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a contract basis for our Chronic Dialysis unit in Medford, MA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer dialysis treatments, and monitor patient responses. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach to patient care.\n
\n
\n**Key Responsibilities:**\n
\n– Administer and monitor dialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease.\n
\n– Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.\n
\n– Educate patients and their families about the dialysis process and ongoing care.\n
\n– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.\n
\n– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.\n
\n– Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.\n
\n
\n**Skills and Qualifications:**\n
\n– Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.\n
\n– Minimum of 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing.\n
\n– Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and protocols.\n
\n– Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills.\n
\n– Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.\n
\n– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n
\n– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n
\n– Compassionate and patient-focused approach.\n
\n
