\nPosition: Travel Dialysis RN\n
\nLocation: Chelmsford, MA\n
\nContract Type: Temporary\/Contract\n
\n
\n*Full benefit package PLUS housing\n
\n
\nResponsibilities:\n
\n– Provide high-quality dialysis treatment to patients with chronic kidney disease\n
\n– Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans\n
\n– Monitor and adjust dialysis machines and equipment\n
\n– Administer medications and IV solutions as prescribed\n
\n– Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and post-treatment care\n
\n– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records\n
\n– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care\n
\n– Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols\n
\n
\nSkills Required:\n
\n– Strong clinical skills in dialysis procedures and patient care\n
\n– Proficiency in operating dialysis machines and related equipment\n
\n– Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking abilities\n
\n– Effective communication and interpersonal skills\n
\n– Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n
\n– Strong organizational and time-management skills\n
\n– Compassionate and patient-focused approach\n
\n– Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts\n
\n– Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred\n
\n– Minimum 1-2 years of dialysis nursing experience\n
\n
\nQualifications:\n
\n– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred\n
\n– Valid RN license in Massachusetts\n
\n– Previous travel nursing experience is a plus\n
\n– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays\r\n
