\n**Job Description:**\n

\nWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Chronic Dialysis to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support, and education to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment.\n
\n
\n**Responsibilities:**\n
\n
\n– Administer dialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease\n
\n– Monitor and assess patients\u0092 vital signs and response to treatment\n
\n– Collaborate with healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans\n
\n– Provide patient and family education on dialysis procedures, medications, and lifestyle modifications\n
\n– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records\n
\n– Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards\n
\n– Operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment\n
\n
\n**Qualifications:**\n
\n
\n– Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan\n
\n– Minimum of 2 years of experience in chronic dialysis or nephrology nursing\n
\n– Proficient in dialysis equipment operation and maintenance\n
\n– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills\n
\n– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities\n
\n– Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team\n
\n– BLS and ACLS certification preferred\n
\n
\n**Contract Details:**\n

\n– Duration: 13 weeks\n
\n– Schedule: full time\n
