\nJob Description:\n
\nWe are seeking an experienced Travel RN specializing in Dialysis to join our healthcare team in Binghamton, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This is a contract position requiring adaptability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\n
\n
\nKey Responsibilities:\n
\n– Administer dialysis treatments to patients with kidney failure\n
\n– Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after treatment\n
\n– Operate and troubleshoot dialysis machines and related equipment\n
\n– Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and care\n
\n– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans\n
\n– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation\n
\n– Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards\n
\n
\nQualifications:\n
\n– Active RN license in New York State\n
\n– Minimum of 1 years of dialysis experience\n
\n– BLS and ACLS certification\n
\n– Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills\n
\n– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities\n
\n– Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n
\n– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays\r\n
