\nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:\n
\n
\nKey Responsibilities:\n
\n– Provide direct patient care for individuals undergoing dialysis treatment.\n
\n– Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.\n
\n– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.\n
\n– Monitor and adjust dialysis machines and equipment.\n
\n– Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis treatment, and lifestyle choices.\n
\n– Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.\n
\n
\nSkills and Qualifications:\n
\n– Current RN license in the state of Indiana.\n
\n– Minimum of 1-2 years of dialysis nursing experience.\n
\n– BLS and ACLS certification.\n
\n– Proficiency in operating dialysis equipment and technology.\n
\n– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n
\n– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n
\n– Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\n
\n– Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.\n
\n
