\n**Job Description:**\n
\nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chronic Dialysis Registered Nurse for a contract position in Missoula, MT. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care for patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient responses, educating patients and families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.\n
\n
\n**Key Responsibilities:**\n
\n– Conduct pre-dialysis patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.\n
\n– Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patient vitals during procedures.\n
\n– Manage dialysis equipment and ensure proper functioning.\n
\n– Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.\n
\n– Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.\n
\n– Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.\n
\n– Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.\n
\n
\n**Skills Required:**\n
\n– Current RN license in the state of Montana.\n
\n– Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) preferred.\n
\n– Minimum 2 years of experience in chronic dialysis nursing.\n
\n– Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.\n
\n– Excellent communication and patient education abilities.\n
\n– Proficiency in using dialysis equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.\n
\n– Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple patient cases.\n
\n
\n**Contract Details:**\n
\n– Duration: 13 weeks\n
\n– Schedule: Full Time\n
