**Job Title:** Contract Registered Nurse – Chronic Dialysis**Location:** Niles, MI
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Chronic Dialysis to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support, and education to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment.
**Responsibilities:**
– Administer dialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease
– Monitor and assess patients vital signs and response to treatment
– Collaborate with healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
– Provide patient and family education on dialysis procedures, medications, and lifestyle modifications
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
– Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
– Operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment
**Qualifications:**
– Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in chronic dialysis or nephrology nursing
– Proficient in dialysis equipment operation and maintenance
– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
– BLS and ACLS certification preferred
**Contract Details:**
– Duration: 13 weeks
– Schedule: full time
