Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Travel RN specializing in Dialysis to join our healthcare team in Binghamton, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This is a contract position requiring adaptability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Administer dialysis treatments to patients with kidney failure
– Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after treatment
– Operate and troubleshoot dialysis machines and related equipment
– Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and care
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
– Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
– Active RN license in New York State
– Minimum of 1 years of dialysis experience
– BLS and ACLS certification
– Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
